the link is to Chicago area HIV testing sites, all for free, a few are with stipulations (African-American population, Low income...etc). my favorite place to get tested and get condoms (read: handfuls and handfuls!) is: Chicago Recovery Alliance. they have a mobile van that travels to different parts of the city. no appointments, just walk up to van during it's working hours, and ask for condoms, clean needles or HIV/Hep testing. There's a also a list of non profits that have them on the Chicago Female Condom Campaign Website. [see link below!] RE TONIGHT: If you're Chicago-land, CENTER ON HALSTED is probably your best bet (listed on the website linked below). They are opened until 9pm. If they don't have female condoms in the big bowls up front, just ask the front-desk receptionist. ALSO: PLANNED PARENTHOOD - you can buy in bulk for 2/$1 dollar at any Planned Parenthood location... I think that might be even cheaper than ordering via Amazon.com Just show up and tell the receptionist you'd like to buy some Female Condoms. It's more discreet than other places and you get a bunch in a brown-paper bag.
