and I won't name them. They are legit ladies ---one is UTR and the other has more than five pages of reviews on TER.

Till about late last year I used see the ladies about three times a month. Then the economy really went south and I had to cut back drastically. But during the good times, we got to know each other very well. We treated each other with mutual respect and used to get gifts like wine or chocolates, whenever I visited.

I asked the ladies on different occasions to join me for dinner. After the dinner with first one I told her I should compensate for her time. She firmly refused and said she enjoyed the time out and would love to go out again "clock free". The second lady after dinner said that I should take money I spent on her dinner off the envelope the next time we met. I could not do that.

Now I see them off the clock regularly and i think they genuinely enjoy my company. We usually got out to dinner after or before our on the clock date. But sometime we meet even without an on the clock date.

We have one rule though, if the lady gets an appointment request that conflicts, with our clock free date, she will take the appointment.

One of the results of the clock free dates is that I am not the boards much these days.
