I have had a problem with a lady from Atlanta and in my anger said Iwas going toout her on escortblogs.net but when it came down to it and actually writing her name and address for all to see, I could not bring myself to do this.

I thought of that poor woman who was murderd because a hobbyist outed her to her fiancee and he shot her dead as well as her 2 children then himself.
Please everyone take a second and say a prayer for her and others wh are in such positions.

I know there are people out there who do want her info and do want revenge but I just coud not like myself if I did out her, but I can't go against my grain to that extent!
I'm just wondering how others can do it without any qualms!
I even had a call from a guy in Atlanta offering me compensation for giving him theinfo! I just can't do it.

I had women steal money from me and one stole quite a bit and I found out her name and I could of turned her in and her visa would of probably been revoked but Ijust let it go cause  I guess I'm not made that way.

If outed someone and something bad happened I'd feel guilty my whole life, guess it the Catholic school who punded guilt into me! lol

Im not quite sure if I would call that revenge... kinda like a mastercard commercial:  there are things in life that cost money and then others that are "priceles".  

Personally, I would fit the life one not just one, but 3 into a category beyond priceless; whos to say that one of those kids.. hopefully were well-taken care of) could not have been the next Einstein or have found a cure to Aids?  To quote muslim text (Im not a muslim) I saw in a bollwood movie once, in reference to terrorism,  “one innocent death is the death of humanity.”

As we live our lives, there is no room for "retribution" by destroying the lives of others.  Rather than feeling avenged, we feel empty as we have traded a part of ourselves (our souls so to speak) and hurt someone else and possibly innocent people connected with them.  As you so aptly put it in your blog, innocent children were killed as a result of an outing.  This is something the person who caused this will have on their conscience (if they have one) or on their souls forever.

Taking the high road is a challenge that we face daily.  Whether its Karma or simply a desire to be a good person, we often must rise to the occasion and overlook slights against us.  We have no idea what our actions may do when we engage in vengeance.

This is a community.  We may not all get along.  We may have members in it that hurt others and do not take a higher path, but when all is said and done, we have only our actions to account for.

You did the right thing.  I don't think its all Catholic guilt.  Its about your character and conviction to take that higher path!

  Vengence is mine said the Lord, Jehovah Witness, pounded it into me. I think it gives us a better balance in life than most. I received this story from DangerZone on Facebook. It was originally reported that a hobbyist did this, then it was changed that a fellow provider did this. In my wisdom of this business I have met girls who try and hide this from boyfriends, not a good idea, because you are playing with fire. I learned that lesson the hard way years ago and I will never repeat that mistake. Each time you take the high road as you did , you make good Karma for yourself and erase some of the bad. Karma (what goes around ,comes around) can a BITCH!

well if someone has a legitimate question to ask you in regard to someone else s business and you have dealt with that person then i think it is perfectly alright.  i personally have been trashed online by someone in the business that has never even bought from my business, however since it was a personal situation (& yes she is a provider, however i never knew her THAT way) i just stopped as much of it as i could and just let it go.. btw- i am not an escort agency, however in another business.  you never know how people will react to what you say or do...the truth is the truth and if what you are saying is indeed true i don't see why you can't tell it to people not to necessarily "out" them, however give other people a heads up not to work with them!

Truth and Discretion, some people cant  handle the truth, which resulted in the death of her and her children.  Would you tell the truth about someone who lives with discreetness, such as a mob boss or a drug dealer? You would most likely find a way to avoid the truth , because you and your family might be murdered, depending on who you told, and it got back to them. When someones asks me sonething truly personal about another individual (being nosy), I tell them "You'd have to ask them" or outright Lie ," I dont know".

My Mother in Agony parochial schooling and later our Lady of Perpetual Bingo High (Go Fighting O-69s) has me agreeing with you.  I had a provider NCNS on me, and had several wanting me to ID her.  I couldn't as I did not know the circumstances.  It doesn't surprise me that you are taking the high road, for I know you to always travel the high road.  I believe your previous post raised enough attention for all of us to be aware.  Besides, sooner or later the person in question will figure a way to actually out herself without realizing it.  

Ok, all of you who have not given up Catholicism for Lent, how many of you actually had to make up sins when you were younger when going to confession.

I think it would be helpful knowing who to avoid seeing.  The only other alternative is to stay away from everyone from Atlanta, which does not work well either.

Taking the high road is not only the right thing to do in this case, but the best thing for your reputation. Unless someone poses a danger, there is little reason to out them. The practice of outing someone for minor infractions or personal dislikes is just plain idiotic.

Examples of bad reasons to out someone:

-- Short envelopes: Fix it behind the scenes and don't say anything until you've exhausted all options!

-- Someone gets busted: Umm, they outed themselves, no need to blab it to the world!

-- Inappropriate but not dangerous behavior: Post their handle by all means but don't out them!

-- Provider/agency money problems: See "Short envelopes" above

-- You can't stand someone's guts: YOUR problem, not ours. We don't care!

-- Bait and switch: Give us all their hobby info but not their personal info!
