So I've been pondering this thought for awhile now. If there is a girl who works for an agency do you not see her

I see both agency and Indys,have not found either to be to be a problem as far as screening or meeting.

Personally, I only see non-agency women, unless the agency owners are also escorts who I know.  While I understand that for some, an agency provides a valuable service to someone getting started, and if they are a good agency, they don't take advantage of the ladies.  However, for me, I want to know that 100% of the donation is going to the person I have the appointment with.  I don't want anyone else benefiting from their "labors".

I'm currently working with an awesome agency but I feel like I can do better business wise on my own but being Associated with an agency. I've  done some research and read a lot of mixed feelings on this subject. So that makes me pretty much stumped because I have no idea what to do..

You have no idea what it takes to help girls make money sir. Most are doing nothing or living off of welfare until someone from an "agency" offers them a job. What do you think it costs to pay phone people to work 24/7 and also software subscriptions for business? Today we spent $90 on advertising for just one girl! We often times have to pay for their rides as well as their late bills. They never pay their phone bills on time and are constantly losing or dropping their Iphones.  

Who helps them sign up for health insurance or find a reliable babysitter?? Without agencies the quality and service levels you expect would be almost zero!!! Without an agency the selection you love would also be very small!!

Most are lazy and don't want to work at any job, period. All of this effort goes towards your fun. Bringing new talent into the industry requires money for scouting and other advertisements. You get to enjoy the fruits of OUR (agency) labor but refuse to acknowledge that our work is valuable.  

Ohh just try to get girls to show up on time to anything at all. Try to organize a photo shoot so that they might have quality photos to allow more appointments...you do like to see relevant new photos I assume??? Thank an agency for making them actually get out of bed and out the door to the set.  

Those independent girls you love so much...where do you think they got started dear??? An agency found them and taught them how to behave, be professional, care about hair, nails, photos, etc...Everything you enjoy comes from an agency!

While I agree that agencies often provide a needed service and some of what you say may be grounded in truth, the tone of your message is quite disdainful.  While some providers may require your "guidance" I have met many independents who are very capable businesswomen. Lumping them altogether is disrespectful.

he has right to be somewhat hostile! you have know idea how many ladies you put time, effort & guidance as is from a therapist, mother fathe gfe and many other things...then all of a sudden after a while she leaves you and many times with your money too! LOL!

I have used ECE and my experiences have never been bad.  I think it may take a little while before an independent gets enough good reviews.

That some providers are good businesspeople.

But many providers can make more $$$ by "outsourcing" the admin parts of the job, either to an assistant or an agency.  It can be more profitable for a girl to be seeing clients, rather than to be spending that same amount of time on screening, booking rooms, handling schedule changes,,etc. (non-revenue producing, but time-consuming, tasks).

Besides, at least for me, once I'm screened with an agency (or an assistant who handles more than one provider; like Sandra) then I can see "new" providers on short notice, since the agency already screened me

Independent girls have expenses too -- hotel rooms, advertising etc. As far as I can tell working for an agency vs independent is a pretty individualized decision. Some lawyers work for firms and some are solo.

I personally see both agency girls and independents. I kind of feel it's none of my business.

Some men only see indies.  It is in the minority.  Many more say they would NEVER, but do all the time if the right lady catches their eye.  Good agencies know discretion.  If it floats their boat to act like we are scourges of the industry publicly and come a knockin' otherwise - that is their business.  Seriously, just like no one on TER uses backpage but the reviews sure speak differently!  Often its the only bp link in the review....

Don't believe the hype.  If your agency is advertising you properly, your golden.  If your getting clients and not regs, reach out to them they may have suggestions to help you.   If they are a solid place, they will.  

The bad rap agencies get are sometimes warranted, sometimes not. Just like any other biz - companies vary.  

Indies use the bashing to get clients, agencies trash indies to get business - its called negative marketing and I thought it went out in the 90's but I still see it all the time.  It must work.  We don't do it, I wouldn't know.  I find it childish personally.

But what I cannot stand is the fact that providers who choose to go with an agency are bashed.  You don't know the inside of agencies, nor do you know the costs in money and TIME it takes to be an indie.  

Our providers are AWESOME and we respect them.  They are sexy, fun and yes - they have their act together.  They are not less than 'indies' no matter how many times people want to shout it.  Their reasons for joining us are varied - other jobs, a busy life, a need for community they don't get being indie and a million other things.

My point, which perhaps I didn't write well enough, was that I personally don't know if the agency is good or bad.  So I have made the choice not to use an agency.  I know several ladies that started with an agency, and they were happy with their experience and learned a lot about the business.  Then they became independent. I was told by them that I shouldn't dismiss agencies out of hand (which I don't) because some are great and are a big help to those who don't want to develop their own web site, make their own schedules, etc.  

Yes, the web designers and assistants all profit from the business.  But an independent person is the one who selects the designer, the assistant or the ad site.  I simply prefer to see independents. I know and have assisted a few ladies with photos and helped with their web sites.  It takes A LOT of hard work to be independent, and not everyone is cut out to do that. So agencies play a helping role.  And just like not all escorts provide the same level of service, not all agencies do either.  I am not slighting those agencies that are good.  I am simply stating my personal preference.  And I never tell someone NOT to use an agency.

Thank you for a sense of clarity.  All I was trying to say is that, rightly or wrongly, I choose to see independent women.  I HAVE seen ladies from agencies, so I don't rule it out.  Again, personal choice and not a slight to the hard work that agencies do for the girls.

Ece and Sandra both are my to go agencies! But I alway curious about EEC, do you have any experience from them ? Just curious
