It's very unfortunate that you can't review her because you never met her. But, I do think that DB gave a good suggestion. I don't think you necessarily want to give her a chance to explain herself. But seeing as how you'd like your money back, if you reach out in a manner that allows her an opportunity to do so and right the wrong, she'd be a fool not to take it.
Ok, so I was contacted from a thread by a provider late this spring about traveling to meet me in Indianpolis. All was confirmed, set and ready to go. I purchased the airplane ticket and all was good. Day of..."family issue" and she bailed. Offered to refund the $$$ for the airfare, but with further communication, I was going to be traveling some more, and she was amiable to take the $$$ off of her overnight fees and meet me at a later date.
Later date arrives and we start to set things up. I let her decided on the location and type of hotel we are to stay in, what we are gonna do (outside the hotel), and down to reservations at restaurants that she wants to experience.... Well, 1 week out and radio silence. No email, no call...nothing. That trip has come and gone, and still nothing. I am considering this a NSNC and a rip off, but TER says that I cannot review a lady that I have never met....
She is well reviewed and still seems active in Chicago. What do I do? Do I out her here? Do I just write it off to a bad deal? I just want my deposit/airfare back... or a plan to make that happen. Any advice? I'll gladly listen to both the guys and the ladies on this one...
Well i would contact her ask what happened if she does not respond i would back chanel anyone that wants to know who it was and she will pay the price. But i would not out her thats just bad carma

As a provider that has admitted to a few difficulties in her scheduling in the past, I hopefully have given you a good insight to ways to work this out without it becoming a slam-fest, train wreck (which does no one any good).
And for those gents who think I am advising against outing her, it's not that. I'm just advising on more amicable ways of making him (hopefully) happy and not getting a a good provider up against a wall and on the defense.
