I think guys do appreciate a lady who is intelligent and well rounded. But, like you stated, some ladies really over do it with the educational resume on their ads/websites. To me, they are overcompensating [I'm sure to get hate mail for this].
Also, I'll take someone who is street smart and witty every time over some snotty, snobby wanna-be intellectual who thinks they are superior to everyone.
So, if you tout education, intelligence, et cetera, wouldn't it make sense to proof read? This is copy & paste from one girl's site...don't get me wrong, smoking hot and I'll likely try to see this beautiful girl, but really?
And I quote..."ever class have them, the quiet but smart classmate who you wish you could have as a study buddy. Add the love of athletics and this was me. For a future science grad, I was a beautiful teenager who just didnt know the equation on how to mix my feminine ways and intelligent. Until I went to college"
Huh?
I just think the irony is so damn funny. I think this girl is hot, likely very nice, and a great time. I just don't know why so many girls focus on trying to convince us of their educational exploits, when all we really care about is can we enjoy ourselves while we're with them - physically, socially, emotionally. Do we click and keep clicking for the length of the appointment. No education necessary.
Although I'm well aware of some poorly written ads out there, I'm not going make fun of them. I also went to college and I still can't spell well. I use spell check often and look up what the proper grammar and punctuation of things are. Writing is an art some of us still struggle with...
...also, Karma has a way of kicking my ass when I misbehave.

That's umposible! lol.... All jokes aside, I give most ads the benefit of the doubt since I would guess a fair amount of providers either weren't born here or haven't lived here long enough to really get a grasp of the language and have someone else write it who also doesn't grasp it but has a better grasp then they do. I see it the most in the asian or european ads and for me I find them fun since they're like a mind puzzle.
Happy fun time to me for us bring gift for to be very happy man.
Actually, I am happy to hear of a ladies' educational background. I have seen younger providers with limited education which reflected upon the entire session. Being in my 60's and well educated, I prefer an intellectual conversation instead of one that consists of one long sentence (and, and, and, and, and) or with the infamous mental pause (you know, you know, you know). In addition, this knowledge allows me to better relate to the provider. Even well-educated individuals make spelling errors, often because they are in a rush and fail to proofread what they had written to correct mistakes. Yours truly has been guilty of such actions.
In short, we all make speling erors wen we dont take teh time to rered wat we writ.
