How long do you wait?regular_smile

If a client contacts a provider and does not receive a response, how long should he wait to move on?  I say that 24 hours is more than enough time.  I do not make simultaneous requests.  This is a business.  If someone can not conduct their affairs in a reasonable amount of time, do something else, your customer moves on.

I recently had that issue and was seeking an alternative because I didn't hear back in a few days. HOWEVER, I eventually checked my spam folder and there it was. The provider had contacted me in a reasonable time but I didn't know it. But I say 48 hours unless you are in a hurry. You can try a text reminder if you originally sent an email.
