Hobby-friendly General Practitioner

Looking for a primary doctor in Chicago. Any recommendations? Feel free to PM me as well.  

I'd prefer someone close to downtown, likely Rush or Northwestern.

But I'd suggest not telling. It'll go into your records and those stay around forever now that they're all in common and electronic.  I just tell mine that I'm really trampy. ;)

Admittedly, that wasn't a technical term for anything real. In general I'm curious about what experienced hobbyists tell their doctors. From the response above, I'm guessing it's not recommended to be completely truthful?

From a provider perspective..

I had really great experiences with doctors that cater to LGBTQ communities.  They're open-minded, non-judgmental, and really into education.  

In Chicago, we have Howard Brown, The Center on Halsted, and Aris. Perhaps something in your area would be akin to one of those places?
