I am not a medical professional (but I believe in the experts in the medical profession, rather than most of the ignorant unsubstantiated crap that people seem to believe in).  And I sure wouldn't use this forum for medical advice.

That said, according to this attached article from June of 2016, Consumer Reports magazine, which quotes "Epidemiologists at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention", there are no known cases of women passing Zika to men via sexual contact.  (Unfortunately, men can pass the virus to women via sexual activity.  The article states that there were eleven (note 11...not very many...such documented cases in the US as of June of 2016.

(Unfortunately,, we have one more reason to use proper protection.)

Sure Zika is a risk....but keep it in proper perspective, do your own research, determine your comfortable risk level, and don't succumb to fear-mongering
