What happened to High End Heels in Chicago? They were busy bringing in good talent, then in December 2010 they went to Milwaukee and have been off BP, number dead, webpage down since then? They were an agency listed here on TER but they seem to be gone.

Did another good agency bite the dust? Did Ava/Alexis, Roxy, Kelsey, or Kristin appear elsewhere?
