an agency! There are independents a plenty but not very many will see you in an hour or less...they want to make sure you are who you say you are.
On the other hand if you've used an agency 2 x's at least, your odds are much better to be serviced when a situation comes up and you need it fast.
There are lot of agencies so make sure you go with a reputable one who cares about making you happy more-so than they care for the instant money.
