"HEAD" Nurse Tori's Spring (lets get) Physical Tour


Its Spring time once again and that means time for the 1ST annual Spring Physical Tour!! Have you been called Krazy,Insane or just plain Stupid by others, want to prove you are "solid"headed?? Set your appointment now with "HEAD" Nurse Tori... She can "Provide" "Head" exams and even write you a letter of cuntpliance to prove your a "Solid" headed person! For those who have experienced aggitation,aggressiveness,or any other extreme side effects due to others? Nurse Tori has more "cuntplete" Physicals available..below is a list of Physical services that "HEAD" Nurse Tori will be offering;


Standard Physical - length - 2hr - $400 - includes basic Physical exam consisting of checking of ALL vitals, a shower (by Nurse Tori), followed by a body rub to check muscle tone and "HEAD" exam.


Standard Physical PLUS - length - 3hr - $600 - includes same as above PLUS an extra hours worth of "patient" care to include "sit & spin",reverse, and "on all four" exercises.


Stress and Stamina Physical - length - 5hrs - $875 - includes both the above packages, as well as a few of Nurse Tori's stress and stamina tests(take your vitamins), for this examine, show up on an empty stomach as Nurse Tori will need to check your stamina both on an empty and full stomach(before and after a meal).


T.L.C. & Pampering Physical - length - 12hr!! - $1600 - includes all the above packages, followed by a bubble bath(for Nurse Tori), Dinner at the place of your choice,and some T.L.C. and Pampering that time doesn't allow for in the above packages... DATES TO FOLLOW!!
