he sent only one email but got multiple auto-replies or maybe she replied multiple times to his one email. Sounds like drunk emailing to me, I'm still waiting for you to drunk email me LR :-)

Yes, I'm new to this hobby; but I need to ask you all, is this kinda normal?

I have had some back & forth emails with a provider whom is highly reviewed by all of you. Her return emails were repetitive; I understand auto-response, but the same response every 24 hours to my single email 4 days earlier?

Then after I questioned this 'graduate degree' woman, I received a personal response which was nice, but riddled with mis-spellings.

Seemed to me she was drunk/drugged in the early afternoon.

Is this common?

Wish I could review our email interaction.

Thanks for letting me vent - Go Hawks!!

Not to excuse her netiquette, you cannot feed into the stereotype that providers are constantly under the influence.

and also if you speak into your "Dumb" phone it would spell it correctly too....

Maybe, there was something else going on...

I used to edit manuscripts for doctors. You should see how some of them write. Yes, annoying but doesn't mean they're not bright.

A client will get one every time he sends a new email regardless of who he is...it is simply set up that way. If he included his name and refs, I will send a personal response asap, but he won't get one until that info. is included.

Many hookers claim all sorts of things, so don't let that deter you. My ex is a CEO of a major hospital, and he does not know the proper usage of "too" and "to." He can't spell "disease" or "discreet" either lol. Takes all kinds. Educated does not equate to intelligent.

about to start my graduate degree, I try to watch closely my typos in the emails and the phone, but sometimes I rush and don't proofread, like the times I just wake up. I don't take any drugs, whether prescription or any "recreational" kind. In fact, I'm enrolled into rehab counseling program that I'm starting this fall, but English is my third language, so typos unfortunately sometimes happen, like I said, when I'm in a hurry or half-awake :-(  I usually correct them right away with the "*" sign before the corrected version. Typos and misspells of other people don't bother me accept maybe one, when people say "i" instead of "I."  It feels like a huge spot on a white dress-shirt, for instance; you try not to pay attention to it and listen what the person says, but it just occupies your attention with its being more than once typed wrong and right there, repeatedly, staring at you Lol

Good luck. 10 of the 12 classes I took in Grad school were ALL WRITING classes, including my thesis, and a 100 page business plan. Then again, this is a fk board lol. I don't have anyone edit my posts here, before they go up.

Haha! Good point! :-D And thank you! :-) In my Bachelor's program, we had Center of Writing Excellence. Maybe our beloved fk board needs one of these

Maybe it's just me.....
It's easy to know when someone doesn't have a fluent grasp of English; that I find sexy :).
I also find sexy in looking forward to speaking with a woman who purports herself as highly educated.
Most of us are using a mobile device of somesort where mistakes and auto-correct take over; I understand that.
I detest when ladies say they have multiple degrees when they cannot even speak, write or think at that level. Big bummer for me.
Before you guys 'slash me' I fully understand this is a world of cloaks - where the real is un-real.
Carry on

Agreed. The presentation should at least match the proclamation. If you don't know the difference between "your" and "you're," how did you pass even 4th grade English, much less write a 100 page Thesis?
