As an official member of the TER Chicago Chamber of Commerce, Visitors Committee.  
Part of his duties include;

A) opening up his home to ladies
B) providing back and neck (and whole body) rubs for ladies to soothe their sore, weary muscles from hours of travel
C) providing liquid libation for their parched throats
D) helping them with other stress relieving activities

He does this thankless job for purely altruistic reasons!!!
