Thanks Sage. I was beginning to think no one understood my point. Your reply is what I was expecting to hear. When push comes to shove there are things you may have to allow or partake in just because business demands it, but this just can't be a real turn on for most women. Personally, I would rather have a provider be honest if it's something they really dislike and just say it's not on the table.  I always have my best times when my partner enjoys herself as much as I do even if it means I have to forgo one of my favorites. Did a search for providers in Chicago that list yes for rimming. In the last month alone 60 reviews for those in Chicago came up as a yes. That doesn't include those listed as "Don't Know" but reviews say it happened. Again, I mean no disrespect to those willing to provide the service. Ive seen some and they were wonderful to me. Just wish I didn't know that it was an option that might have been provided in the not too distant past. I keep hoping it will go away - but then I kind of feel that way about gangsta rap too so I guess I just better get used to it.

I would hope that others do practice good hygiene when it comes to rimming, along with practicing good hygiene for other areas of play and in their lives in general. So they say,"Cleanliness is next to godliness..." Let's practice good hygiene!

Everyone has limits, and those limits are okay. Simply because someone offers a service you aren't personally into doesn't mean that that service is inherently "dirty" though, and the initial comment definitely came across as being judgmental of those that do offer the service.  Good hygiene is always a must when it comes to what we do, no matter what the service is.  
If you're so appalled by the thought of a provider performing a rim job and then kissing you, why do you keep thinking about it? It seems silly to me to concentrate on an act that you're not into receiving in the first place with ramifications ( provider kissing you after said rim job client) that might not even exist in the first place. Providers that perform rimming are just as concerned about that as you are, so the instances of that happening in the first place are probably a lot lower than you perceive them to be.  

And just because someone offers or enjoys rimming, they are not going to rim a dirty ass hole, they will only partake if the recipient is squeaky clean

So- first of all, I can only speak for myself. But I do offer both. But you can BET that I will be brushing my teeth and using mouth wash afterwards.  

You can get vaccinated for hepatitis A and B. Howard Brown does this vaccination for 35 bucks. It's a series of 3 shots, and is recommended for those in food service, the medical field, and those that engage in higher-risk sexual activities.  Hep C is now also curable, not just treatable.  While the cure is expensive (about $1000 for the uninsured), treatment was far more expensive over time.  

Listerine all the way though.  Till you know your mouth is totally clear it is best not to brush.  Brushing even with the healthiest of gums still causes micro tears in the tissue making you more suseptable to picking things up.  I am not saying don't ever brush but make sure it is at least 1hr before you use your mouth for the industry and many hours and rinses after your last risky use.  Alot of people forget about this one, but it is something to always consider.

I wasn't referring to anything anyone said in particular; there were just quite a few posts, including the original, that really were shaming of other providers who offer the service.  The post I responded to directly before this one was specifically addressing that post. Some people handled the topic better than others by not discussing rimming in terms of grossness level or concern-trolling. Everyone is entitled to limits. Stating them respectfully and discussing issues in a constructive, non-shaming manner is always awesome.  

I've gotten a lot sqicky over poo since I've changed diapers. A good thorough warm water and soap cleaning will make the butt as clean as a pussy.
