While others are here to make some quick bucks and move on to another town to replicate the same.

And I don't really feel that it's an "age" issue as it is more of a mindset of a lady.  When I have met a gal that is really interested in being the best she can be it is evident in the way she conducts herself well before I have ever met her.  And likewise, she carries herself professionally afterwards as well.

The gals that are just seeking some "fast bucks" are over the top...in your face and here today, gone tomorrow.  And once that one disappears, another one will take her place.  Some fellas like that routine, while others (as your OP suggests) like the "slow and steady" gals.

Just do your research...make sure you back channel with others and you will be able to steer clear of those gals that, as you suggest "make the pitch for reviews and climb the ladder very quickly"...we've seen them before and we'll see them again.  The gals who can consistently over years of providing maintain that consistency...and in particular the back channel from so many that applaud their "talents" is the gal that I want to see, and apparently so do you

I will not see any lady UNDER 30, and preferably in her 40s. Some of my greatest experiences have been with ladies who admit to being in their 50s, Our legendary Sinful Sinthis, now retired, had to be my ATF. I have no idea of her actual age, nor do I care, but her TER Profile listed her as 41-45.

My latest pursuit, whom I met at the last M&G, is also over 40. As suun as I recover from some surgery, we will get together. There will, however, ne no reviews. She prefers to be UTR.

My experiences with MILFs have always been better that younger ladies. All ladies have good copy on their website, some may have good reviews too, but all that may not translate in a great session. She  has to match your expectations. For instance, there are many that have been reviewed as being able to give great BJs, but I have found not more than a handful who are great in the art of BJ and all are MILFs.
