I've been coordinating and hosting Meet and Greets for over 10+ yrs. now.
(ooopps, make those "get-togethers" with some of some of my very very interesting "friends".....)

Usually, I have 2 a year, one in April, one in October - the Halloween Party.
Thinks it's too much to have another one in late July?

I have a mailing list of 600+ people gathered over the years, and with limited access to TER from Chicago people  (those without a VPN) it's a little difficult to ask my peeps this question without inundating them all with email.

TER with its new policies makes verifying both men and women a lot more difficult nowadays, and I  will not alter my methods on how to acquire an invitation. For the April event that just occurred, I had 40+ inquiries where none of those gentlemen would offer up any information regarding who they were, who they have seen, etc. A TER handle never was enough to be invited, and nowadays especially that would still apply.

In my opinion Chicago weather can go either way in April so I think a Halloween party and one in July would be great. I unfortunately decided not to attend this last party bc it was snowing in my area and was going to hit Chicago next ,being near Iowa I usually get the snow first.  
Maybe do RS -avs along with TER and p411  
for invitees ~hugs

I was unfortunately out of town for the April mng and would greatly appreciate more frequent get togethers. Might help us get more business and our names out there.

With limited access to TER, will keep an eye on email for any developments.
