Agency ladies sometimes are real good at this, sometimes not.

I've never used filters except for age brackets.

The market has changed with the internet, which changes the minimum required to be in this biz.  

There are of course some lovely girl that do biz without pics and are doing quite well based on their reviews. Xotic Nadia and Apsara come to mind.

However, I am sure there a whole lot of guys who will not see girls without pics thereby limiting the clientele.

Some of the best ladies are part-time.  For instance, a teacher just cant show her face.  In addition, there are so many phony pics, we know the pics are not a guarantee of anything.  Jordan, please dont take your pics down...you are perfect!

Service is more important than pics. I don't post my pics but always try to go above and beyond what is expected. The result is that I have a wait list of wonderful customers wanting to see me.  

With no pics it's important to get a few reviews to get the ball rolling.

I've had my fair share of ideas when it comes to this business and various ways to market yourself. I've even thought of starting one of those agencies that don't have a website and use other means to show the beauty of their talent so that gents can make a selection. Remember this profession started long before there were websites or camera's  
   
 I'm currently in research mode and digging through the internet to stay up to date on whats going on and other things. Part of my research included looking at TER reviews and playing with filters to see what pops up.  
   
 Tonight, just for fun I selected 2 filters: Services delivered as promised & No pics.  
   
 Can't believe I'm actually seeing reviews.  
   
 What do you guys think about this?  
 Meanwhile, I'm going to read the public details on a few ladies that have more than 10 reviews because I'm curious.
