Anyone who meets the following requirements and is willing to help TER with new regional boards coming online soon, among other new boards along with help on some existing boards please email me at [email protected], subject: New Moderator. Please include your username in the email also.

Moderators Tasks:

1- Actively monitor their assigned board or boards.

2- Reads the messages in queue and posts or denies them.

3-  Pulls messages which they find inappropriate/ trouble making or in violation of TER policies.

4- Answers members' questions regarding message boards or has the user contact TER Customer Support for any questions not pertaining to the discussion boards.

5 - Keeps the drama off the boards.  Makes the boards an exciting and inviting place for hobbyists and providers by starting fun and informative threads.


Benefits of being a moderator:

1- Free VIP status.

2- Access to the moderators private board for exchanging information with other moderators.

3- Receiving fast support and accurate responses to your questions from TER's administration via PM, which is only available to moderators. AKA  Access to yours truly...the infamous Board Admin.

Please remember:

A TER moderator is more than a title. It is the proof that you have earned our trust by being a loyal, supportive, and valuable contributor to this site and community as a respectful hobbyist.


The requirements:

1- You need to be a hobbyist ( sorry ladies for obvious reasons providers cannot become a moderator ).

2- You need to be a member of TER for a minimum of 5 years with a great posting history on the boards.

3- You need to spend a minimum of 3 hours a day on the boards.

4- You have to be impartial, have great patience, and be a fair judge when it comes down to resolving cat-fights or stopping the white knights from taking sides and shilling for their ATFs.

5- You need to have enough free time to answer all the PMs that you receive from members.

6- The boards’ policies are for all, including you. Therefore you are expected to follow all of our message board rules.

7- As a moderator you are trusted with our members’ identity under their aliases. Outing someone's alias to other members, in private or public, will result in your banishment from TER.

8- Asking for favors from ladies (discount/freebie etc..) is strictly prohibited and will be reported to me by the ladies. Abuse of your title will result in your immediate banishment from TER.

9- You have no problem with losing your review posting privilege. Moderators are not allowed to post reviews or mini reviews. Reviews that were submitted before becoming a moderator will remain posted, but moderators will not be able to post new reviews unless they resign.


I will respond to the users we are interested in bringing on board as a new moderator in the next week if not few days. Due to the volume of emails I receive I will not be answering all emails. Your understanding is appreciated.

Ok seriously folks, we are looking to add some Mods and it's not a completely thankless job.

It's a great way to give back to the hobbying community.

You can add some of your personality to the board you moderate. Maybe that's why Chicago's board is not so fun... hmmmmm????

You can screw with all the new members when they ask a ridiculous question like...                               Dear MR. Moderator-

Or lastly, with the flip of a switch, a couple of clicks really, you can have a quirky Theme Day event and watch how the members roll with it.


It's a cool job and we really do need some help if they are really planning on expanding the local boards with new cities. Think about it and you can hit me up via a PM. If your a good candidate I'll throw my recommendation up the ladder to the ALMIGHTY ADMIN.

Let's see, 3 hours per day, we'll just round that to half a workday. Wow, that's half the time I spend at work! Do we get weekends off? And with my luck, I'd end up with the half of the day I use for hobbying and be out of my mind with dangerously high levels of testosterone raging through my bloodstream. Soon the little head would be doing all the thinking and that'd make me one big dickhead. OTOH, this exact scenario works quite well for FT!

to see this opportunity.  I hope you will repeat this from time to time since I am only 1 year on the board but would love to help in the future.

You would just work yourself into a tizzy.  Your two big heads would go NUTS Although, you are pretty analytical and love the female form and dirty stories so maybe you should throw your hat in the ring!
Awww you would be so great at checking facts and holding down the rules and such~not that I would know...
I also think ctp or oneperday would be great mods. Also, hmmm, what about pitching wedge or perfessor? So many cool dudes that should apply that I think would be great. Maybe there should be, like, a dick pageant or something!

Seriously though.. it does sound fun.

I would love to do this but can't commit to the 3 hours a day at best an hour a day.
