Well...at least your drunk tenant on the 3rd floor did not throw his crisco oil pan over his balcony onto your truck....Yeah! It happened to me...
What a mess!  Wait til the landlord's give him the bill because he also got it all over the back of the building....I hope he enjoyed whatever he ate, because it's gonna cost him more then he initally thought!
