I will stick to the golf side of the question, if you are looking to play in the city proper Harborside is a great track with great views of the lake and city. Out of the city Cantigny, Ruffled Feathers or Thunderhawk are great choices. Also the Glen Club built on an old naval air station is nice but pricey.
I am coming to Chicago for a business trip downtown that starts Tuesday night the 19th. Thinking I will stay west of Chicago. Any suggestions good or bad? I'll be downtown Tues -Thurs. Looking to play golf Monday afternoon (late is OK) and Tuesday mid-AM. Hoping someone here might be able to help me get on to Medina!! Partly reason I thought about staying west. If not Medina, can anyone suggest other places to play. I am 60 with 6 hdcp.
I am also seeking advice on ladies. Are there any especially good ladies that live and work west of the city or is most everything downtown? In Boston, most/much takes place outside the city.
I may well also look for someone downtime for Wed night, again suggestions? Yes I've look into Chicago area, but way too many so hoping for some suggests. I would like to keep it around 300/400 an hour.
