I tried to give a provider a 10 for service but was prevented from doing so.  Is it really the case that the only way to give a 10 is to say that, in addition to DFK and BBBJ, the provider is/offers Bi or offers Greek?  What if you simply don't know?  Any "ethical" lines to be drawn here?

In my opinion, greek or squirt should be on the menu to qualify for a 10. 10's should not be given for a feeling or emotional connection.
