I've tried to get an appointment with this agency since they are in the gold coast *close to me) and the reviews on here, while mixed at least show promise of gfe type service with accurate pics.  Their phone receptionists are very unprofessional as I've called 3x now trying to make appointments and they tell me I need to fax in my d.l. and then say they are busy and to call back and fax it in later withoutout even giving me the fax number!  On another occasion they said the lady I requested was booked throughout the entire day when I called when they opened (9am) and then wouldnt let me pre book and said they only take appointments the day of?!?  Anyhow I've gotten an RS2K membership which should be approved shortly, do you think this will be enough?  Can anyone tell me how they got approved?  It shouldn't be this difficult
