It is not hard to get reviews  
I keep asking my clients not to write more and they still do so if you have been in the biz for awhile then all you have to say is "If I exeeded your expectation you're more than welcome to exeed mine with a review"

If they had a good time they usually gladly do it

All u have to do is kindly ask them and explain them it helps your busness and prove that you're legit and not TGTBT

Also, web site, pictures and a good attitude will always bring you far.

Your post states that you are visiting. When I travel I always pre book appointments so I know exactly the financials, I've been acquainted and engaged with my guest before meeting and ironed out details. I know exactly what time is booked and when I get time to adventure and properly spacing appointments to not cause any attention towards myself or guest.  
As far as reviews I'd be upfront with your good regulars and ask. I'm under the impression that the individual who does your first review takes a little more time.
