Learn how to use the Search Reviews features. Search is a sub-menu under Reviews, above. You don't need to fill in every line, just a few criteria that are important to you.
Under the TER General Boards, read FAQ for Newbies. Read it frequently and follow its advice. Note which ladies are frequent posters there. They are generally the most newbie-friendly.
But the key to making it all happen is to get verified!

You might also start with an agency. Apropro and Mike the Assistant (MTA) come to mind. There are others. Traci and/or Mike will help you find someone for your special needs.
