I believe the rating of a 2 may be a little harsh however I do understand his frustration.

Natalia's ad pics are a mix of pics that were up 13 months ago, when I saw her, and newer ones...but I don't know how new. At the time I saw her the pics were pretty accurate. Thing is, the newer ones could be only a couple of months old and still not be a good representation, people can gain weight pretty damn fast. The agency also might be unaware of any change, and it's not like she's going to run to them saying "hey I got fat, hurry up and change my pics!" Or it could just be a case of one man's average is another man's fat. Full disclosure, I didn't give her a particularly good review either but that new one reads like the reviewer was so repelled by her appearance that he didn't give her a chance to perform.
Bait and switch is really reserved for stolen pics. Not excusing the use of out dated pics [especially for independent ladies]. But, as Humanist pointed out, it is a challenge for agencies if the provider does not request new pics. That is why reviewers need to provide honest feedback via reviews or calling the agencies. If the agency does not take the appropriate action afterwards, then a client can look elsewhere.
I've used W&W and have never encountered Bait and Switch.
We'll if you love curves you should have been okay.

If you choose to see a gal that only has a handful of reviews and two of them where rated 1 2 and 2 2 you aren't just thinking with your little head it must have dialed the phone as well while you where sleeping.

Thank gawd we have a great reputation to begin with or reviews and post like this would ruin us... And if you would look more into the agency profile you would see that we pride ourselfs on not being a bait & switch.

As everyone knows we update the girls pics very often... We have photo shoots almost every week and all the girls are welcome to come in and get new pics as they feel needed...

Judging by her pictures, I think she looks to be around the 30 year old mark.
A 2 score is extremely harsh, but as someone who has been victim to a complete b&s, I understand the disappointment. At least for me, my score is more based on the mood, energy and connection in the room. So it's hard when it gets kicked off on such a bad foot.
I understand everybody fudges the age, weight and height, but lets keep it within a reasonable limit. Otherwise, you might just get hit with a 2 score every so often. If a description lists a girl as 6' 2" and she shows up at 5' 6", it can be a big deal to those who book for specific tastes and desires
And you can't ignore this as a grumpy customer, because here is an extremely similar review, only this guy was kinder and left her a 6........ and another who left her a 7..........

Second line should have been bbbjcimnq. It took me far longer than usual, possibly because it hadn't been great to that point. When we moved to standing, she didn't come up for air for what seemed like 10 minutes. It was impressive.

As someone who only uses W&W I have never EVER been the victim of B&S as far as I am concern his review of Natalia is BS. Im sure he is in great shape and has no flaws.
W&W girls have never disappointed me if anything I have been more amazed by how beautiful they are in person.
