Double post.... ooops

I have been a hobbyist for over 10 years now.  I had a wierd experience over the weekend that raised the question, "What is fair here?"

I will not name names here but decided to use a new service on Saturday Night.  It came highly reccomended via a close friend.  A young lady showed up and looked quite different than the photos provided on the website.

The website advertised a 5-6", 120lb, Double D, Blonde.  What showed up was a 5-2", 150lb, C cup.  I was dissapointed.  I felt cheated but still proceeded.

Paid her the donation and moved to the Bed.  She asked me to take all my clothes off so I followed orders.  I have to admit, when she took her clothes off I was NOT turned on.  A little disgusted by the saggy belly.  Her demeanor was very cold.

She began a very lame hand job.  I moved to kiss her breast and she stopped me!  "You can touch me but I do not allow any kissing anywhere on my Body!"  I was REALLY TURNED OFF by this.

She continued with the uncomfortable hand job realizing that I was not getting hard.  Keep in mind, we are about 20 minutes into the session.  It was obvious that I was completely not into this girl.  There was nothing passionate or sexual about her.

I told her to stop and we should come to a settlement for the time provided.  Keep in mind I had booked and PAID FOR 2 HOURS.
She responded,  "There are no refunds"  "It is not my problem that you cant get hard with me".

I did not want all the money back.  I thought it was very unfair that she felt she should be 100% compensated for 20% of work.  She became very nervous and excused herself to the bathroom.  She bolted out of the bathroom and ran out the door.

Am I wrong to expect a portion of the money back?  Or is there an unwritten contract at work here that I should be aware of.  Any thoughts are appreciated from both sides of the fence.

Thanks for your input.

Tama, First understand I am NOT defending what the "lady" did or her actions (or lack of). When you answered the door and she was not as requested / "described", your option at that point would have been to offer a small payment for her trouble and quit the date. Because you elected to continue it became your issue. Was this fair? no it was not and I agree with you on that level. Was it your issue, yes. If you had "done the homework" first this may have been avoided. It has been my experence agency girls can not compare with indy's.   Having been in the hobby for ten years myself, I can understand your feelings. We are all looking for the same thing and for the most part we can find it. Sometimes you become the windshield, sometimes the bug. Pick a good indy and move on, yes you were cheated. If you want to continue, name the agency here, call the agency first and ask for a partial refund.

Well that is why I NEVER use agencies.... nor will I ever.  Although some have good reputations, to me, it is just not worth the risk of running into this sort of situation.

If I did for some reason end up in your situation, I would do 1 of 2 things: if the agency has your real name, address, etc, I would chalk it up to a learning experience and bolster my resolve to NEVER again use ANY agency.

If, however, the agency did not have any personal info besides an email address or perhaps cell phone number, then I would call them back explain the situation, and discuss how many people surf this website and how many reputations can be made or broken on here.  Even if you go this route you probably stand less than a 5% chance of getting any money back but it can't hurt to try.

You are not wrong at all to expect a refund!  Problem is you won't get it.  That's the business pure and simple.  There are good ladies out there and there are rip-offs.

Doing homework can help... but homework won't mean a thing if there is no information.  YOU SHOULD POST THE NAMES INVOLVED!  That's what this site is all about.  Maybe some ladies will get mad at me for saying that, but remember this is The Erotic REVIEW, which means you can post details about rip-offs just as easily as you can post details about positive encounters.

Why did this agency rip you off?  Because there is no one out there to stop them.  HOw can we stop this?  Let everyone know that they've done.  They'll lose business and either improve their service or get out of dodge.  Either way, it will continue if nobody knows who they are.

I completely agree that the only thing to stop an agency or provider from ripping you off is to send the message that their reputation (and consequently their business) will be damaged by running scams on their customers.... however I also understand that if they have your name/address it could be really messy for you to get involved in a public shouting match.  Quite a double-edged sword with no easy answer.

That said, I feel for the Providers who get ripped off by a customer and really can't do anything about it.  I guess they could cause trouble by going public with a customer's name but IMO that would also hurt the Provider's business.  I know I would stay as far away as possible from any Provider who had even the slightest reputation for not keeping her client info ANYTHING LESS THAN 100% discreet.

I am a frequent lurker and a hobbyist for about 5 years.  I have been "burned" like this as well.  I still use agencies, but only one's I do my homework on.  But I disagree with MOTORMIKE's contention that a small payment should be offered for the "wrong providers" trouble.  This has happened to me before and I have paid a small fee for a provider's "trouble", however I will never do that again.  If the girl advertised does not show up, why should I even pay a dime, if anything, I should be compensated for my trouble.  Furthermore, the agency that did this should be exposed so that others will not have the same thing happen to them.  Just my two cents.

and the agency. That is one of the reason for this board. How else is anyone going to know she is a bait and switch. Because as your post stands now, it serves no purpose at all.

We have to look out for each other here and you can keep someone else from getting taken by this agency/provider.  It won't get your money or time back, but if we help each other, someone else will return the favor and save you from having to go through this again.  good luck with future encounters.
