Just killing time, scanning the possibilities, very unlikely I am going to go there, but I ran across this provider, Mona, who has a lot of ads over the last 3-4 months (do a search on her phone number to see, really a lot of ads - this girl is keepng BP busy).

She looks good, and sure seems to be active, but no reviews or mentions here. One of the ads had some tags on the pictures identifying another web site that took me to an escort web hosting service, so whatever the site was, and the address made it look like it was for a lady called Anya possibly based in NYC, it is gone.

Hard to believe no one here has run across these ads or taken a shot at this one - anyone have more info? No Tineye hits that I found on the pix, either.

Or maybe someone wants to TOFTT?
