So is it an extras place or just a man spa?
Looks like a plain old Massage Envy-type spa to me. I did some digging around.
1. The photos of workers are all G-rated: just smiling faces and a sports bra at most. (Or is it least?) I didn't see anything suggesting a hobby-type service. The phrase "all-female staff" is just there so men would come, because spas are usually effeminate and most straight men would be uncomfortable with a male massage worker. (With a possible exception of injured athletes, who may want someone with stronger hands, and therefore don't care.)
2. Their website does not mention screening in any way. Either they're being dumb, or don't need to screen because their service is 100% legal. They also have Twitter/Facebook/Google+ share links. Not only that, there's a real address, which is something I've never seen on providers' websites in the 11 years I've been hobbying. If this place indeed offers a hobby service, it's only a matter of time before the vice goons come a-knocking.
3. Such services already exist. Some ethnic public saunas--- not MP's!---provide comparable massage services. You're nude, and the massage workers are in their swimsuits. They wear gloves while giving you a scrub-down with soap and hot water, skipping *those* areas. Of course, the service takes place out in the open, among public pools and showers, and the massage worker is the same sex as you. It's as unsexual as it gets.
