Oh diseased man . Go to home depot or any store that sells muriatic acid. muriatic acid is put in pools in the summer. I suggest a gallon jug  and while showering rinse your penis with this . Not only will it shread you of any bacteria but it will have all your skin tags down the drain. Your warts most likely are a result of Herpes, which one in five people in the US have. There is not much protection against the spread of herpes unless patient is on regular medication.  Herpes is generally only spread by direct skin to skin contact (or direct contact with the active infection). So condoms don't help. The complication however is that herpes can be spread at times when there are no symptoms at all, due to what is referred to as Asymptomatic Viral Shedding.
