I realize that a lot of providers are not interested in providing FS which is understandable and should be respected by everyone. Period.  It's her choice what she does with her body and she shouldn't be made to feel bad or pressured to have FS.  If it happens because she wants to, that's a different story.  However, please don't advertise massage services if you are unwilling to give a decent massage.  Please don't play with my sack 5 minutes into the massage knowing that it will get me hard and I'll want to flip because it's uncomfortable, thus ending the massage.  Please don't run your fingers lightly up and down my back.  I'm not your cat.

You don't have to be CMT to give a decent massage.  All you need is the following:

Ready?

1.  Effort
2.  An understanding that you are not being paid because you're pretty.  This is a job.

If you just want to cuddle and then give a handy or a blowy, then advertise as such.  Say "1 hr sexy time no FS" and then list the price.  Just don't list massage.  By doing so you insult the providers that actually give a decent massage.

You list how other guys should score and review for looks, even provide pictures.
You explain how to advertise, even come up with creative ways to name services. (The service above can also be called "human touch service". Some people just like contact wih another human being.)
You also like to mentor new escorts.

I think you should run a sub forum to TER for reviewers and providers to train. Call it Russian Service and Review Boot Camp or something.

What do you think? :D

Human touch service is a great idea and it's critically important to our well being.  I'm on board with that.

Look I'm not alone in wanting a more transparent and accountable industry.   I think that everybody benefits when the bullshit is taken out of the experience.  Let's take a look for a second at what providers have done to protect themselves and improve working conditions.  First and foremost, you have things like P411 and RS2K.  Basically, you have limited the anonymity of the clients you see, thus leading to a safer environment.  This is going to deter most (hopefully all one day) of the horrible things that have been committed against providers since the dawn of time.  I don't think it's ever been safer to be a provider and hopefully things will continue to move in that direction.   Then, you have your blacklist sites which allow you to cross-reference new clients against those who have given others problems before.  This further adds to your protection and sort of unites all providers together.

So then, what do we hobbyists have for our protection?  We don't know your names, like you know ours.  We don't know your real occupations (for those who have them) or your addresses.  All we have is basically a couple sites that allow us to review.   And how reliable exactly are those reviews?  It's been made clear time and time again that the review system is completely unreliable.  From manipulation and bribery, to exaggeration and fear of placing a bad review in case of retribution.  Then what?  We have google and tineye to verify that the photos aren't of somebody else.  But even then, we cannot verify that they are recent and haven't been heavily shopped.  But the biggest disadvantage we have is that there is no protection for our money once it leaves our hands.  We give up the donation in advance and thus we are vulnerable.  If the services aren't delivered as advertised, there is absolutely nothing we can do.  The money is gone.   I'd like to see the repercussions if somebody did in fact protest and try to take his money back.  He would be blacklisted for sure and probably much much worse.     Also, if we give honest, negative reviews, we become marks and will not be seen or will be seen with caution, thus ruining the experience before it even happens.

Remember, in order for this occupation to be so rewarding financially for providers, it must certainly be expensive for hobbyists.  Some of us are rich and could careless, most of us are not.  If you look at the history of TER polls, you will see that the average user makes median income in the US and can only afford one hobbying experience a month.  Why should that hobbyist be subjected to the deception that is rampant in this industry?  Why can't he just get an accurate recent picture, services as advertised, and an invitation to return next month?  Is that asking a lot?

So many times people tell others to improve, but they themselves never offer a solution. You offered a general solution by a service type change. The level and complexity of the change that you're asking to make requires something bigger.

I.e. If you want to see a change in the way massage in an illegal business is advertised, your solution has to have the ability to target the advertising / market as a whole..  I.e. Consumer and service provider... In a way that will work differently or in conjunction with what is already set in place.

Guys constantly talk about how unfair it is for us to know more about them than they know about us.

This is how we make a living.
We are how you spend your free time.

We are completely engulfed in this.
You dabble.

Really, besides name and screening, we know absolutely nothing about you as a living, breathing being.

You know how we fuck, suck, smell, taste, laugh, smile, frown, move, converse, sound, feel, and look.

We ask your name, phone, and references.

It is meant to hold you accountable so you don't do anything stupid. You guys keep trying to pounce around the name thing anyway.

"You know how we fuck, suck, smell, taste, laugh, smile, frown, move, converse, sound, feel, and look"

I don't understand this comment. Because after we meet, we both know this about one another. But none of these things before hand.

I think too much credit is given for what readers get from reviews if you think, once written, guys know all of this about you. All they do is verify, sometimes falsely, that you resemble the ads you post and perform the services you claim to provide. I wouldn't go as far as that sentence above though
