I know that I've read reviews on here about certain providers, but now when I go back to look at them again, the search engine can't find any reviews under that provider's name. I know I'm getting older, but I'm not that old! Has this happened with others? Any explanation for this phenomenon?
When some providers retire they have their reviews taken down. Some are delisted because they get caught putting up phony reviews for themselves. But also, I personally know three providers who had their reviews taken down accidently by the administrator. One of them emailed the TER administrator and got it back up in a matter of hours. The other two, I emailed for them, and they got their reviews back up in about a day. If anyone has a problem, I find the quickest way to resolve it is by emailing ([email protected])
