Sending deposits is a very bad practice.  I know a provider who said that her email was hacked and a scammer got deposits from people who thought they were talking to her.  She told me never to send deposits.

Hi all,

I prefer using the rr site for searching because it is one of the few where you can search by neighborhood or suburb and I don't want to travel far usually. Any other sites that people might recommend? If this is not allowed conversation here I understand.

Also, some of the ads on there seem like obvious scams based on the language, services offered, and similarities to other ads. I have often reached out to someone only to have them demanding deposits for their "safety". They sometimes ask me to buy a gift card and send a picture. These requests usually end the conversation for me. I have never been scammed in this way and I hope to keep it that way. I have also asked their location and they ask for my zip code first so they can claim they are at a hotel near me. I also find sometimes that a day or two afterwards I might get threats that I have been bothering people and I need to resolve the problem somehow or I and my family will get hurt. I just ignore and block this nonsense.

I feel like reporting some of this to RR but it seems pretty obvious. Should I assume they ignore it because they want the ad revenue? Again any better sites to use?

And since I am taking the time to type all this, if anyone offers deep tissue massage with fun afterwards for a reasonable fee on the far north side or not too far I am always looking. This morning asap would be amazing but just in general is fine too.

TIA

I think he means RubRankings.

There is another website that if you are looking for massage providers that I would recommend. Before contacting anyone I would google there information. The higher end massage ladies may require a deposit. They usually offer specialty services and the deposit is far from a GFE providers massage rate.

Look for originality and ladies with personal websites. A personal website is not an advertising venue. Doing research on a provider can save you time and energy. You can also check out a ladies social media and see if she has reviews on various platforms. I recommend checking multiple as some ladies only allow reviews on platforms that align with there values.

I hope you find all that you are looking for.

Andrea,

Can you post the name of the site? Is it against the rules here?
