Please feel free to contact me at 847-529-SAGE(7243) or if wishing to set omething up realize you MUST be screened first.  To call to set an appt time up you must have seen me before, be a RS2K member, or have been screened by me in the past.  Otherwise I do have a scheduling form located on my site which will move your screening along much quicker if filled out.  ALL info is deleted after you have been screened, as confidentiality is as much an issue for you as it is for me.
