Had a similar situation with KP a few years back. I just kept at it respectfully over time and eventually got through. Frustrating to say the least. There are quality indies in the city who are much better at responding in the meantime. Best of luck. Stay safe out there.
For anyone out there that has gotten verified with Alena/Dance Studio, what was the response time on your verification email? I reached out with the requested information on the website for verification earlier this week but still haven't heard back. Not sure if they are choosing to just not verify me or if they take a while to respond.
I've tried three times (twice when they were Alena, once after the rebrand), starting almost two years ago. Never heard a peep. I have no idea why. Seems like bad business, but I guess they get enough demand with the clients they have that they don't need more?
