Bummer. I had the perfect opportunity to be downtown with the whole afternoon free, so I decided to take a chance on my bucket list. After a couple of emails and verification, I was able to schedule my #1. Hooray!

She's very popular and extremely well-reviewed, and I got confirmation of the appointment that morning. Like, 5 hours before the appointment. Anyway, the rest of the story is pretty boring - call, no answer, repeat.

Now, I really don't want to drag this girl through the mud. I have no idea what happened and, frankly, I'm still interested in seeing her. HOWEVER, we see the advice all the time to go with highly reviewed, quality providers, as if that's automatically supposed to eliminate all problems. Let me tell you, after jumping through hoops like I have today, it sucks to be stood up by the top of your list.

This sounds like an experience that would be of value to a review board, right? Is there any process in place to track negative experiences? I know you can't submit a review of a non-meeting, but if a particular provider is routinely NCNS then I'd like to know that.

and it is known as posting her name on the board!

First of, no one ever said that highly reviewed providers are problem free.  If you search the discussion board, you'll see a few 'high profile' ladies being called out NCNS.  This happens in every city.

The problem I see with NCNS is that guys like to bitch about them, BUT, they don't want to disclose the name of the lady who committed the NCNS.  Guys who engage in this self pity party BS are letting these NCNS artists get away with it.  Once these ladies are called out, hobbyists are then informed and will make alternate plans.  It is then up to the lady to get her shit together.

If an appointment was indeed made and enough time has passed, you should let us know who the lady is.  Feel free to PM in case you don't want to post her name.

We'd ALL like to know that!  That's why posts like this that don't name names are a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.  Man up and out her or STFU.

Nothing more of a waste of space than teaser posts.  I've had to post a couple of times for NCNS, its never fun to call someone on the carpet by name, but after waiting a couple of days to see if an excuse, or at least an entertaining story was forthcoming and hearing nothing than I had no qualms about doing it.  I had a parent have a huge heart attack the day before an appointment and even though I was a mess I found a couple of minutes to let the person I was scheduled to see know how sorry I was to cancel, but I wasn't in the greatest of moods to indulge my selfish whims.  So, it boggles my mind to think what could possibly come up so massive that the person couldn't dash off a quick call/email/text to let the person know they weren't going to be able to make it.  Just a complete show of contempt by the people in question on both sides who pull this shit.

It seems like everytime I see one of these threads there are a bunch of similiarties.

The OP has few or no reviews
The OP isn't a regular poster
The OP doesn't out the provider
The OP states that he is still interested in seeing her.
The OP has no balls or self esteem.

Im not for increasing the workload on the mods, but IMO it would be nice if threads like this that don't name the provider in the first post could be deleted as hearsey, spam, or just too stupid to stay.

...and if you don't get a good reason post her name and help out the community.  If you're not going to tell us her name you're just taking up board space with your complaint.  If you're only going to shrae her name by backchannel then you should use that method to complain as well.

Valid points, all. It's a little more complicated because there are other people involved, so it may be a communication breakdown somewhere. I don't know because I haven't heard a peep from anyone, which sucks.

I know you guys want blood and you can call me a pussy if you want, but I'm going to wait until I know what I'm talking about before I publicly slam someone.

I don't think you're a pussy; just a whiner.

This stuff comes with the territory.  You either posted up without a name to simply whine, or you posted up to inform people of who did it to you and you've not followed through with it.

Suggestion:  Simply deal with it.

Your right there are other people involved, your original post has over 370 views.  You don't have to rip anyone, all you have to do is simply state the facts as you see them and let the readers of the post decide if it affects their decision to see the girl.

I was scheduled with Audrey Davis yesterday and I'd been confirmed by Brianna as recently as yesterday morning. When I showed up, there was no answer.

At 15 minutes past, I called Brianna to see if there was trouble and she told me that she hadn't been able to get in touch with Audrey all day and she'd try again and get back to me. I cooled my jets and called back after 10 minutes, only to be told that she wasn't answering. Brianna told me that this is quite out of character for Audrey and that she'd contact me personally to apologize and work out some recompense.

Late last night I sent Brianna a note asking if she had any more info and hope that everything was okay. I got a response from Brianna this morning saying that Audrey was under the weather and evidently the NyQuil knocked her out.

The purpose of my post was to serve as a reminder that, no matter how you stack the deck, even the best providers are human and, well, shit happens. Also, I wanted to point out the lack of functionality for attaching any negative experiences to profiles.

My mistake here was not predicting the frustration from withholding her name initially. I thought I was doing the right thing by not throwing her under the bus without knowing the full details - and I stand by that. For all I knew, her assistant may have dropped the ball and Audrey was unaware of the appointment.

As it turns out, the breakdown _was_ with Brianna and the absence of communication during the day. I wish I'd known that there was a potential problem before I'd made the trip. Even a couple of hours would have saved a lot of trouble.

Anyway, I got a second-hand apology and a financial incentive to reschedule. End.

I'm going back under my rock.

You did the right thing. I don't  buy the story and if you do and you're going to TRY to see her again, good luck. As for this NYQUIL episode, anyone having to take that should have cancelled long before your appt. time. What's the point of a screener when you get left out to dry?

She is a top notch provider who I always have found to be reliable (Brianna too).  Like you said, shit happens sometimes.  Although, I thoroughly agree with everyone else that your original post is a GD waste of time if you don't disclose the provider.  I've been stiffed before (pun completely intended) and just kept quiet about it.  Don't disclose--don't bother!

Again we both are truly sorry for being inconsiderate of your time and not canceling with you before you drove to downtown but it was NOT a NC/NS we communicated as well as we could considering the situation....

Have a great weekend and please everyone get laid so we can all stay happy!!! LOL

Since the provider made a preemptive strike to a moderator on here he refused to post my message to the board because the facts didn't match up and it would become a he said/she said.

What do we do when moderators don't allow us to share valuable information with the other members of the board?

BTW, moderator in question & I have rehashed my situation to death and I'm good with him... Would hate to be in his position and he did what he, at the time thought was right.

Just want everyone else's opinion on this type of censorship.

If your story is factually correct and the agent was not able to reach the provider ALL DAY, she should have called you and give you a heads up or cancelled the date. Instead she waited until you called her before she did anything. It's clearly her fault but the provider will bear the brunt of it because this may influence other hobbyists decision on see her.

I remember seeing a post about an NC/NS with Brianna not so long back when she was a provider.  It was also a similar breakdown in communication.

The important thing is that they are making amends and have offered you an incentive to reschedule.  Unfortunately, these mix ups do happen - it's how the provider and agent behave to correct the situation that makes them stand out.

multiple reasons. In the end, we as Moderators have to decide what is the best path for a specific subject to travel.

Of course a he said/she said will cause the benches to empty and in the end nothing becomes resolved and we as moderators, are struggling to keep the flames to a minimum. What's the point?

Of course as Moderators, we serve at the will of the Admins. If the board decides that they are collectively unhappy, or as an individual, you believe a Mods decision is heavy handed, unfair, plain ol dam mean, or however you wish to charachterize it, it's always best to use the little button that says "Contact Us".

Explain your issue and give as much detail as possible. Trust me they listen to what the members are saying and they read each and every message that comes in to them.

Censorship, yes it does exsist here, it has to for the safety of the members. Hell, one of the providors on this board just tried posting a guys info, phone, address, everything, because she was upset over a situation. We must censor as it promotes a safer enviroment. And yes, even in your situation, it promoted harmony on the board, he was very right to do that and if Sojourner7 had not done it, I would have.

Excellent point - it's how they respond to correct the situation that makes them stand out.

Both Audrey and Brianna have acted with sincerity and professionalism and I can't be happier with the results. If my decisions have had a negative effect on any future chemistry between us, it won't be because of any shortcomings from them.

Anyone want to know who I had an issue with, feel free to PM.  In respect to the moderators wishes, I won't post the name of this visiting provider on the Chicago board.  No, it wasn't one of our local ladies.

And Brianna as her agent earlier this year, and she was my ATF with many, many successful visits prior.

Unfortunately, the NCNS and being sick at the last second is really a BS answer, as Rad notes.  You don't get so sick that you can't call even 10 minutes prior.  Anyway, I think with me I did something to cross her, since this was the third and final botched apptmt, with a tepid apology.

Hopefully you get a chance to see her as she is great.

It's obviously very frustrating to waste your time and energy, to look forward to seeing someone only to be left hanging. In the cold business world there would be no excuse what so ever for not getting a simple call from Brianna saying Audrey's under the weather, sorry.  Business is Business. Period, Right?  I say no way.  What Audrey offers and what Brianna did when she worked is a little more personal. There human after all.  What sets them apart besides being one of the most beautiful women in Chicago, did you see Audrey’s new photo? Spot on, is they offer a truly genuine experience. They offer an experience that is beyond compare, just see their reviews.  Not all providers are created equally, some are robotic, some are all professional and a few are genuine and real. This exact same thing happened to with Brianna when she was working a while ago.  I went home frustrated and emailed her and she got back to be the next day, problem solved. I had seen her before and I knew it was out of character for her and I thought maybe she had gotten in trouble.  I never received or expect to get any sort of compensation for it.  To this day I feel that Brianna is one the all time greatest ladies ever and that Audrey is the absolute best, period. Shit happens. Deal with it.  I certainly wouldn't go online and bitch about, not name names, get a bunch of guys pissed at me for not naming names, then name em, then say everything is all right.  I know it sucks when it happens but I feel the best way to deal with it is have a drink, take matters into your own hand so to speak, realize you just saved a bunch of money, and laugh at the fact that women are such beautiful creatures that sometimes you can't even pay them to be on time and reliable.  If after a few days you have no resolution and they haven't gotten back to you, then post what happen with their names so you save everyone else the hassle in the future?  Ya a simple call would have solved this, but you still would have been pissed, lonely and horny.  So remember, drink, your own hands, save money, there not robots(well some are), women truly are amazing creatures :) Just my fifty cents

in her eyes you're gonna be the gob of spit who whined on TER, first causing a big fuss, then outing her name on the board. You think it'll be a pleasant session?

Lesson learned: never post about a NCNS. Either you're bashed for not outing the lady or the White Knights will bash you for outing the lady.

The OP has been knocked around but if there is a post bashing him from a WK I missed it.

To the OP I thank you for maning up and telling your story.  From what I am reading it has happened to others too meaning it isn't an isolated incedent.  Thanks to you hobbiests have been warned that there may be reliability problems there, and the scheduler and escort  know that if they continue this practice that they will catch more flack.  You have helped make the board a better place

As an escort assistant, I have to agree with GrinGuy.  I had a similar situation a while back.  I could not get in touch with my provider and I was freaking out.

I called MTA and asked him if he had any girls available....I then called the client and explained the situation.  The client understood that it was not my fault....and appreciated that I  went to the trouble to find him another date.

MTA of course came through for me, (I love that guy).

Shit happens......but everyone looks better when you have a Happy Hobbyist.

Just my 2 cents.
