When I first tried contacting Elsa (same group of girls that Anetta is associated with) for the first time, it was via email and it went unanswered. So instead, I called the number, spoke with the coordinator and after giving my verification info, I was able to make a date and meet her. Then, the next time, when I wanted to meet Anetta, I did so via email and it WAS answered, and I was able to book that way. Perhaps try that.
