I'm interested in looking into COF providers. PSE is too broad of a search term since it means different things to different providers. And ter doesn't have a good search for this service. Not all CIM providers allow COF so that search wasn't too useful.  

Any recs?

'Cum In Mouth ' = 'No - but Facial'?  I found four, between 18 and 30, in the Chicago area.  Even a couple 9s and a 10.
