It's very simple.  [email protected] is an email address for a very small agency.  It is run by a nice lady named Sandra.  Elizabetta Love, Anetta and Gigi are the current providers working for Sandra.  Lucia, although recently reviewed as a part of this group, is no longer working with Sandra, per her direct post recently.  Sandra is top notch and professional and, well, having been with two of her three providers, they are out of this world.  They are also a great value and well worth your time and money,in mho.
