Hey, as a new agency seeking to provide exceptional service to clients, how does one keep tabs on girls ? For instance, making sure girls are giving the cut to the agency. Is there some sort of collateral that needs to be considered? Personal info and IDs are already kept on file.
Any feedback from providers that were in agencies and current agencies greatly appreciated
Then you know how many guys they have seen for the day, so you should know what % of her days pay is yours. I doubt that a girl is going to give you a 1,000 retainer to work for you. So trust is what your going to need. Most agency have someone swing by and collect their % from the girl at the end of the day.
Having their info and ID's on file is a good idea, but if a girl skip out on you, you don't have much recourse. You can try to get her into court and collect your money, but that would mean you would have to admit in court what you do. Not a good idea. You could send someone to find her and force her to pay you, still not a good idea.
What you need to do is find some very reliable ladies to work for you.
Girls come and go… I always pick up from new hires like ASAP.. but there have been times when I have been burned. It's the nature of the beast. Nothing you can really do about it.
I usually pick up from new hires after every appt for about 2 weeks. It's exhausting lol Once I develop a nice working relationship and some sort of trust then I come around every few day's.
It's a lot of work on top of booking, advertising and all that goes into the 'behind the scenes" But once you develop a routine it gets easier!!
