I have been doing quite a bit of research on here and other sites, and was wondering if anyone could assist me with my situation.
Many of the agencies require employment references; and I am only a college student. I have had summer employment (in the forum of internships / seasonal work), but nothing while I am in school (aka currently).
I have contacted several agencies, most recently Korean Palace, and have not received a response...I can only assume this is because my lack of employment references. Is there any way to get verified with one of these agencies as someone in my situation?
I am new to this whole game and would like to avoid Independent for now until I become more familiar with how everything works; going through an agency seems like the safest bet.
At this point you may have to see an Independent Provider. An Agency is going to Require a lot of Verifications and such. An Indie will be more open to seeing someone without Verification. Although they may ask to do an L.E. Check ( letting them touch you or making your touch them) on you when you see them and for your I.D. I had no Provable or Verified Employment History. The Girl I'm seeing now just took a chance on me. So far it's been Great.

By all means, this is a definitive way to identify LE. LOL, sounds like those dumb BP providers who think that LE won't f*ck them and then bust them after the fact.
Another great LE check is making you strip naked. Nope, you're not LE, you got naked, we're good to go.
And the tried and true method of checking your DL because LE never carries a DL that doesn't say "I'm a cop" on it.

From my experience, I prefer indies- and have found that indies will usually work with you more when it comes to verification. Plus a lot of indies are low volume, whereas most of the agency girls I have seen are not. But it is your decision to make.... my advice is to join RS2K, as agencies and indies alike accept this as a form of verification. Not sure how they verify unemployed fellas, but I am sure they have a way.
