CC billing issue?

I haven't logged in in a few days, and my member status has gone to basic.  I received an email from TER and the CC billing company saying my billing was rejected.  I have had it on automated monthly billing for a couple of years now, and didn't change anything.  It looks like the change was made at the TER level.  My CC works fine.  Any idea what happened?

I had the same thing. My CC denied the charge because it arrives from outside the US and if you're not making a lot of foreign purchases it looks like someone stole your info. Just call the CC company, they will fix it.

I had the same issue several months ago.  They eventually sorted it out. It took about a week, and they tacked an additional week onto my cycle.  I believe I used the general admin mail contact.
