I posted about my bad experience with a massage agency last week.  Today the manager called me trying to make things right.  He asked me to tell him about my experience as this would be good feedback for his agency.  After explaining how things went, he offered to refund my money.  Gave him my email address for a Paypal payment; I checked a few minutes later to see that my account is now $$ fatter.  He apologized for his behavior last week and for the terrible performance by his masseuse.  I had to post this because I strongly believe that good business practices should be noted.  He definitely changed my opinion about his agency and his level of professionalism.  A definite plus in my book!

What are you talking about

No record of the post you mentioned, but you did post on the black men thread and mentioned you used to run an agency.  Things that make me go hmmmmm.  So when is the follow up post naming the overly gracious agency?
