Ok, so I've had a provider on my shortlist for a while. Her TER ID is 158914. At one point a few months ago, her profile and reviews vanished. I assumed she either requested they be taken down or they were taken down for some other reason. After a month or so, they reappeared...
I had her in my favorites list, which I do with people I plan to meet so I can read their latest reviews. Now her profile still exists, showing activity on the 8th, but all the reviews are gone and there's just a barebones profile.
Is this due to some kind of technical issue or was it done for a reason?
Just trying to understand what's going on here. I've seen review profiles deleted in the past but I've never seen them deleted and come back multiple times, and then come back with a profile but no reviews...
That would make some sense but it didn't really work out that way. She had a couple pages worth of reviews, then those and her profile were gone, you'd enter her ID and it said "this provider's information is no longer available". Then one day the full profile with all original reviews was back with one new review. She had several other ones after that but now the reviews are gone but the profile is still there.
Plus she was linking to her TER ID as recently as December.
I have not seen Lindsay, but she also was on my short list for a while and we communicated a little before I moved on. She still stays in touch, though and seems like a pretty communicative sort, so I bet you will get some sort of answer.
What you are describing, and what I see, almost sounds like a db problem, where her entries got corrupted, but that is just a wild guess.
