I tend to stay steady but I do have my regulars and I tend to cater to the daytime slip out of work crowd. With that said I'm assuming most guys do not take Hanukah off from work.  I'm guessing people are busy with family in the evening so if you are looking  for the multi hour evening appointments they may be slimmer.  That's just me. Good luck and seeing your from Miami a few days off at the beach is never a bad idea.
