Just downloaded a burner app, but how is it ID'd at the other end of the line?  Most ladies won't accept anonymous or unknown callers.

The Burner App web site I looked at says it gives you a different phone number that you can keep as long as you like.  Then you burn it.  I assume that means that you give the provider your burner number, and it will show up with that number on her phone when you call her.

You could always call a friend's cell phone with the burner app to see what shows up.

I use an app called GV Connect. It's runs google voice, but also features a password lock so no one can see who I've been calling. I don't know why I worry about that since I'm single and no one is going to snoop through my phone, but I guess I'm just thorough.

Google voice itself is free, and I have the setting checked where it definitely shows up exclusively as the GV number.

Tested that by calling a buddies phone. Explanation? Told him a half-truth, that I would never again hand out my real number to crazy girls on OK Cupid and that thats what the number was for.

As to what information a full caller ID system would see? I don't know. I just know that it should would with RS2K nicely enough.
