Was curious if any providers offer birthday specials?

Never asked before and was wondering if that is a thing.

I made the mistake of asking this question a while ago and was quickly put in my place by providers and hobbyists alike! Providers are not commodities and trying to make a deal can be an instant red flag. Instead, find a provider within your budget and build an ongoing relationship with them and, potentially (and up to her), there may be an opportunity for an additional gift to be offered on special occasions.
