They will NEVER stop consenting adults from getting together.  No government ever could.  

And unfortunately, this will do NOTHING to affect the real issue of trafficking.  

Sex is subject to supply and demand, and demand is pretty much stable.  It would be like trying to stop people from eating food by prohibiting advertising for sugary cereals on morning cartoons.
