That RS verification takes much less time.  I can usually have you checked out to my satisfaction within 15-30mins as I check through RS and a couple other things to ensure you are who you say you are and do not have a criminal backround that might mean I could get hurt.

With P411 having admitted many breaches I choose not to use it as more then a means to pick who reference wise I want to contact about you.  I still ask for all of the same info I do of a RS but it takes longer because I still have to wait to hear back from at least 1 lady personally about you.  That can take time.  I know many of us do that because of the admitted breaches on there.

So personally RS wins hands down.  You will be screened quicker, and your lady friend will be much more relaxed spending her time with you.  So short notice guys take note of that please.  Calling less then 1-2hr ahead is pretty much a moot point either way but may be possible with RS depending on the lady and circumstances.

If you only plan to hobby in the Chicago Area, RS2K is the best choice.

If you plan to hobby in different cities you will want P411

RS2K is immensely popular in Chicago. Popularity of verification websites really depends on the city.

I personally had some RS2K member who was blacklisted. Luckily, with personal identifiable information about a potential date, I can run my own background screening check

I want to joing rs2k for my tour there. It will be great to hear opinions.

For myself, a client is not screened until I have heard from 2-3 of your recent references: that not only did they see you, but they would see you again. (That last bit is important)  
I have seen many clients, and out of them there are several I would never see again.

RS2K yes, proves you are who you say you are.
-but having a RS account tells me nothing about your personality or character as a client.
I need that info straight from the horse's mouth...and thus I still need references.

P411 - I can see which ladies have given an Okay, and I can contact them...and I do.  

So for me, both take equal amounts of time on my end in the refs department...but with P411 at least it's all there already...both our profiles, can request date via system.  
So I prefer P411.

 
knowing that there have been safety breeches with P411, a good way for ladies to feel safer around that is having a minimum of 3-Okays which are active. Then verifying those ladies to make sure you would accept a referral from them.

I've been a member of P411 and love it . . very supportive community and environment for everyone, I chose to sign up for RS because I know it's very popular in Chicago and used more than P411 probably is . . that's my 2 cents

P411. I have had to many bad experiences to want to give out my real information to every provider I see.  There are risks no matter what and you really need to look above and beyond with which ever you use.  But I don't need to keep wondering who has my real info and what they might do with it, or if they ever get rid of it once we are done.  Just my opinion.
