Guys: What was your favorite NCNS? (Not trolling)

First off: This is not meant as a troll.

I repeat: This is not a troll.

But I would have to say my favorite NCNS was last year when I was on my way to see my ATF, and I saw there was a Going out of business sale at Filene's Basement. I really needed to get a new pair of snow boots, and they had the perfect ones half off. So I reach for the phone to give my ATF enough notice to make other plans, and wouldn't you know it -- I got attacked by a stray Moose who made his way out of the Moose exhibit at Lincoln Park Zoo.  

As I lied there in the hospital awaiting surgery, it occurred to me that I was missing out on a meeting with my ATF. As I began to panic, I reached for my phone to pull up TER. It was then that I realized that she was only in the late 20's on the TER "Top 100" list. Which meant there were at least 19-ish others I could call, should this incident upset her enough to dump me as a client.

Anyway -- long story short, I eventually got the boots. And they're the best damn snow boots I've ever owned

As an exercise in creative writing, it's not too bad.   But I'm sure you can do better.
